April to October 2021 Reception / Ceremony | Wedding Package: Ceremony, Reception, rehearsals, two-night stay. Reception up to 4 hours ($80 per additional hour)
Special pricing-Petite Wedding, Sundays 4pm-7pm, up to 35 guests.

Friday/Sun: from $600 | From $1400
Saturday: from $700 | From: $1500
Weekdays: from $500 | From: $1200

Hours: your choice of 4 hours between 12-4pm, 2-6pm, 6-10pm

Your choice of 2 hours (set up and clean up before and after)

4-hour event- unlimited set up and clean up time for weekend guests
Intimate Wedding: Your choice of 5.5 hours 3 hour event (Discounted price)

Ceremony Only (suggested as a cocktail hour with wine and cheese) 3 hours - $300

We are a small venue on our 13 acre farm, our aim is to offer you with a beautiful country setting with a budget priced for your wedding, anniversary, rehearsal dinners, or other special events.

Weddings at Mary-Lar manor farm are hosted at our bed and breakfast home.  Outdoor garden weddings have ample space for set up in front lawn -recommended for ceremony pictures, etc., You may check us out on Airbnb.com and Homeaway.com as well as Wedding Wire. 

 Reception and catering can be set up on front lawn or back lawn- convenient to kitchen, patio for dancing / music.  There is also a music room indoors with a piano. The groups are perfect for smaller casual weddings and events, including barbecues. However, formal events can nicely be arranged.  We do not provide catering, but we can recommend local vendors for catering, flowers, etc.  Using a Wedding Planner is your personal choice we can help you plan to basic budget priced wedding- Please contact us to set up and appointment to view Mary-Lar Manor

For smaller events such as birthdays or family reunions contact us for pricing details, accommodations available.

$500 deposit due to hold your date upon booking. 2nd Payment is due 90- days prior. Final payment 45 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is received within 90 days, all funds will be refunded. If it’s received in less than 90 days, within 60 days- 50% the deposit is forfeited.

Damages: Renting parties shall be responsible for damages to the extent of full restoration. Damage & repair costs will be billed to the renter.
