About the Venue
Marylar Manor is a venue on a 13 acre farm and our aim is to offer you a beautiful country setting with budget pricing for your wedding, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, or other special events.
Weddings at Marylar manor farm are hosted at our home. Outdoor weddings have ample space for set up in front lawn which is recommended for photography.
Reception and catering can be set up on front lawn or back lawn which is more convenient to a fully equipped kitchen, an elevated patio for DJ or Band setup. There is also a living room indoors with an upright piano. We do not provide catering, but we can recommend many local vendors to fit your needs. We reccommend choosing a wedding coordinator.

Wedding Packages
Includes Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsals, and a Two-night stay at the Manor, and ample set-up and clean-up time.
Reception - 4 hours ($80 per additional hour)

Saturday: $700- $1500
Friday/Sun: $600 - $1400
Weekdays: $500-$1200
Intimate Wedding package
5.5 Hour event which includes set up and clean up time. Does not include accomodations. Contact for more information on this package.
Ceremony with Cocktail Hour
3 hours including set up and Clean up time
$500 deposit due to hold your date upon booking. Second payment is due 90- days prior. Final payment 45 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is received within 90 days, all funds will be refunded. If it’s received in less than 90 days, but within 60 days, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Damages: Renting parties shall be responsible for damages to the extent of full restoration. Damage & repair costs will be billed to the renter.
